Acceptance and Eligibility. By accessing www.vrushperformance.com or purchasing VRUSH products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract and must review all product labels, ingredients, recommended-use directions, and warnings before use.
Intellectual Property Rights. All VRUSH names, trademarks, logos, product names, photographs, videos, graphics, designs, copy, and other site content are owned by or licensed to VRUSH. You may use the site only for personal, noncommercial shopping and may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, or exploit this content without prior written permission.
Payment Terms. Prices, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payment is due when an order is placed, and you authorize VRUSH and its payment providers to charge the displayed total. Orders are subject to payment authorization, fraud review, availability, and acceptance; VRUSH may decline or cancel orders for failed, reversed, or suspected-fraud payments and will refund amounts collected for orders it cannot fulfill. Returns and refunds follow our Refund Policy; fulfillment, delivery, and preorders follow our Shipping Policy.
Acceptable Use, Prohibited Conduct, and Consequences. Do not use the site unlawfully or fraudulently; infringe or harass others; introduce malware; attempt unauthorized access; scrape content; or disrupt operations. Violations may result in refused service, suspended access, canceled orders, removal of content, reporting to authorities, or legal action.
Limitation of Liability. The site and products are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VRUSH and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses caused by site use, product misuse, or events beyond reasonable control. Total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
Dispute Resolution. Before filing a claim, email info@vrushperformance.com and allow 30 days for an informal resolution. If unresolved, either party may bring an individual claim in eligible small-claims court or a state or federal court located in Broward County, Florida.
