REFUND POLICY
Unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of confirmed delivery. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 30 days with your order number and photos or video. Email info@vrushperformance.com for authorization before returning anything.
Opened, used, activated, tampered, or damaged-after-delivery items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Verified defects or incorrect orders are reviewed for troubleshooting, replacement, store credit, or refund. Customers pay return shipping unless we made an error or verified a defect.
Approved refunds go to the original payment method after receipt and inspection; bank processing times vary. Original shipping is nonrefundable except for incorrect or defective orders or where required by law. Cancel preorders for a refund before fulfillment begins at info@vrushperformance.com. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
